the problem with giving 15 per missed frame is the person thats still playing --when opponet not there lets up then anything can happen if we want to truly make it FAIR REROLL!!!!!!- Re: freeze in tour play View

That situation was getting out of control and that is when we came up with the boot rule that we now have.

i know theree time restraints but if some opened but other is froze for a zero gets 15 while person playing ----has to make mark or better
