MyLeague Prize Box Policies

The MyLeague Prize Box allows Diamond and Platinum Members the ability to gift a Prize Box to any member they wish! Prize Boxes may also be awarded for special events or holidays to any player(s) by the MyLeague staff. The following policies apply to the MyLeague Prize Box feature:

  • Diamond Members receive two (2) Prize Box credits per month.
  • Platinum Members receive one (1) Prize Box credits per month.
  • Platinum and Diamond Members have the ability to purchase additional Prize Box credits. View the MyLeague Prize Box Purchase Policy here.
  • MyLeague Prize Boxes contain different prize types. LadderBux, physical items, promotional items, and mini-games.
  • Prizes are awarded randomly from a prize pool that is not impacted by your membership level.
  • MyLeague.com reserves the right to substitute a similar item of equal quality and value.
  • No Refunds: No returns or refunds will be issued.
  • No Exchanges: Prize Boxes will not be exchanged.
  • Delivery: Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of physical items awarded in a Prize Box. It is the member's responsibility to file any claim with the carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Item was delivered. In such situations, MyLeague will not issue any refunds and will not resend the Item.
  • MyLeague.com reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this program at any time without prior authorization.
  • MyLeague.com reserves the right to cancel or modify prizes awarded as a result of technical error or malicious behavior.
  • Prize Boxes will expire in 60 days from the date received.
