      Instead of sending an email, it's important to click the Contact Us link on the left of this page. That sends in a support mail that not only I see, but others on the team, as well. This also allows us have a record of the request and access the tools to fulfill the request more easily.

        I did, and the existing software did not sent my message even after 5 attempts. At that point, I decided to email you.
