What is the difference between an official Case's Ladder and a MyLeague?

Case's Ladders are managed and maintained by our staff. MyLeagues are powered by the Case's Ladder software, but are managed by private individuals.

What do I do if I'm having a problem with a Case's Ladder?

If you are having problems with your player account on a Case's Ladder, you can contact the LadderOp by clicking the "Contact Us" link under the "Support" heading on the left-side menu for that Ladder.

How can I sign up for a Case's Ladder?

Visit http://www.casesladder.com/ to go to the Case's Ladder main page. From there, you can view the list of available Ladders and join one that you like.
