If you are having trouble staying in the lobby or trouble with lag here are some files that may help you. I use these on my computer, as do several others. There are three files, and all three can work together. After trying these, a few have found they had a trojan virus. Even if not, they are free and safe.
(1) Down and run this one first. Choose the free version. After you download it, run a full scan.
http://www.avast.com/en-us/compare-antivirus?cha=ppc&sen=bing&ste=avast%20free&var=1430050939&omcid=EN-US_Search_Free_Bing(2) Download this free spyware program. It will catch some stuff your anti-virus programs miss.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/Last, this file basically cleans out your cookies or any temp file that could be causing your problems. This one cannot be scheduled, so you can manually run it as needed. Download from the free side (pick piriform)
