HELP, PLEASE, FANTASIA View

HI:
All of a sudden I cannot get into the hoyle site because windows keeps blocking the wonplay as it cannot identify the publisher.
I click on the bar that says to install Active X, but it won't let wonplay download.
I have Windows XP and haven't changed anything.
Please help, thanks,

  You probably ran a disk cleanup utility which deleted the WONWeblauncher.
