A couple of members have been getting letters claiming to be from our Sales Staff claiming that their account info was lost and to provide them their Credit Card info. These letters are fake, no member of our Sales Staff will ever ask for your Credit Card information via email. If you have any doubt about a letter you get, please use your Sales Support link and we will be glad to verify if the letter is from us. I have copied the fake letter below for information purposes:
Hello dear Member
Your Case's Ladder Premium Memberships Could not be renewed because we had troubles processing your Credit Card information's.
We might have lost some information's with data base changes and that is why we need you to re-send these information's soonest possible!
Can you please mail me as soon as possible these information's by replying to this mail only !
That's all we need right now to verify the payment,and if we don't get these information's by latest today we will remove your Prem membership from all ladders!The Informations we need are(Please only reply to this mail with these informations)!:
Card Holders Name:
Your Credit Card Number:
Exp-Date:
CVV2: the 3 digits on back of the card:
As soon as we receive these information's we will update your account!
If we don't receive these information's by today latest you will lose your Premium membership and all your records will be lost.Kind regards from Cases Ladder Billing Service.
Please if you have replied to this letter please let us know, so we can help stop any damage.

If one would read carefully, this does not sound as if it would come from a staff member....some of the wording is not as it should be.....and who in their right mind would give out all this information to someone, especially the numbers on the back of the card.
It does make one more aware of the lenghts to some who would go to get your credit card to use.
