I mailed support stating what my 4 games were with shygirl and pitypatty. You might want to check your own ladders.

  If a match is reported incorrectly, please use the contact us link immediately.
  If a match is not reported at all, please treat it as an unreported match, and contact your opponent to report the match manually. If it is not done 24 hours later, please use the unreported match link.
  I have alerted the appropriate person who takes care of the auto report programming, so hopefully, it should be back up and running asap.
