I thought it would be easier to post the Screen shot instructions here. I have used this program using ME and XP with no problems.

This link takes you directly to download the program. Once its installed on your computer, all you do is hit the "printscrn" button on your computer, with and then save. Be sure to have whatever it is that you want captured open on your screen. I made a folder on my desktop specifically for saving screenshots. I save mine as "jpg" files.

Without this program (I find using the program easier), what you do is use the printscrn button, as above, then paste the image into a program such as word, notepad, etc.
