Personal notes for both Zone and Tova as follows.

Dear Zoneman, I was very dissapointed to see your reaction to the comments Tova has made, I know that you are trained as HTD but I didnt know that you were not trained to deal with comments from members. I feel that you have dealt with it in a very unappropriate way and you have not only dragged it on but have taken it very personal. We as members do not need you to explain and certainly do not need you to give us your daily routines for your week. If you are trained and you know what you are doing then why do you feel the need to explain yourself? If you feel that members are going to see you in a bad way or think bad of you becos someone made a comment or had a go at you then this says more about them then you. You do not need to explain yourself to noone but your senior cases staff. I have noted that its TD's or HTD's who reply in this way that get the ball rolling to a bigger and badder issue. You started off as being the one who was in the right then went on to sharing the same blame with Tova in disturbing the ladder in your reply. We trust you, so you trust yourself and please do not reply to members like you did ever again.

Dear Tova, I have come to realise that after a certain incident with another member you have become distant from our ladder and after many requests you have come to register as the 4th person on a couple of tourneys to make them happen. We thank you very much for that and hope that you will not let anything spoil your enjoyment here at cases. However I must say that eventhough you are entitled to your own comments, I feel that challenging Zoneman to that degree was not only unnecessary but also I felt that you used your words and sentences in a manner that done more harm then good. Please note that Zoneman is not only trained as a HTD but he is also a close friend of shygirls. I feel thatit is was not your place to respond to him. Your comments have also put Shygirl under stress as it Insinuated that she felt the same way as you did. You also covered grounds such as TD's covering for each other ets.. You have spoken and challenged Zoneman about grounds that have nothing whatsoever to do with you. HTD's not only have an obligation to cover but find it common curtesy to help each other out when needed. I feel that the way you treated Zoneman was not acceptable. You are a valued member and a very liked person. Please do not put yourself in this possision in the future.

I am sorry If I upset people but this is my view on the matter.
We are building this ladder up please dont ruin it for others.
