2 6 oz cans of tuna
2 cups grated cheese cheddar and Monteray Jack
2 cups cooked rice
3 - 4 green onions choppedSour Cream Miture
1 cup sour cream mixted with
1 cup yogurt with
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste
In large casserole pan layer rice, onions, tuna,
sourcream mixture, and then cheese repeat this layer.cook covered at 350 for 40 minutes until bubbly
