    How could the west/north player declared to win from south player who also winning with the tile that was tossing out from east player?

      It is because Yahoo goes clockwise when giving the mj tile... all the rest of the game goes counterclockwise.
      It has nothing to do with cases or the tourneys, we play in Yahoo, we abide to Yahoo .
