MyLeague.com strives to be the best place on the Internet to create and manage your own gaming League. In order to do so, we require that you abide by our Terms of Use. Your commitment to this Terms of Use, in all communications and interactions involving your League, will ensure a positive experience for all users. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully and in its entirety.

Knowledge

It's important that you take the time to read the various guides that are available to you as the Head Administrator of a MyLeague, including, but not limited to, the Head Admin Guide, the League-to-League Dispute Guide, the Head Tournament Director Guide, and the Tournament Director Guide.

Periodically, we will post updates and announcements on the Admin menus and/or the HTD/TD menus. You agree to take the time to read the updates and announcements.

Please read the information located on the Help Links that are available to you and your Admin and TD staff.

You will be expected to know, understand, and abide by the policies stated in each of the guides, updates and announcements, and the Help Links.

MyLeague Names

When choosing your Admin name and the name of your League, you must abide by the rules of common decency. MyLeague.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove any account or League if the name is deemed inappropriate.

A Place to Play

You are responsible for finding a room or a place for your League to play. MyLeague.com will not assist you in finding a place for your League to play and strongly recommends that you find a place to play before creating your League. If your League is geared around a popular game, finding a room or a place to play will take time and patience.

The two most common methods of finding a room or a place to play are:

Arrange to share with the Head Administrator of an established League. This is the best way to gain access to more popular rooms with higher traffic.
Investigate potential rooms at various times of the day and over a period of several days to ensure no other Leagues are currently using a room if you prefer not to share a room with another League.

In the event your League is involved in a dispute over a room, you are responsible for making every effort to resolve the dispute directly with the Head Administrator of other Leagues that are involved in the dispute.

At no time may you house your League in the room of an official Case's Ladder.

If you are leaving one MyLeague in order to start your own League for the same game, at no time may you house your League in the same room as the League you are leaving without the prior permission of the Head Admin for that League.

MyLeague.com reserves the right to restrict the number of Leagues allowed for any given game, gaming site, or room.

Because of limited space at certain gaming sites, MyLeague.com reserves the right to instruct two or more Leagues to share a room.

Code of Conduct

Do not use MyLeague.com for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. MyLeague.com reserves the right to disclose any information it deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request.

Do not harass Administrators or member of other Leagues. Advertising/spamming your League without permission in a room that is used by another League will be considered harassment.

You, as Head Administrator of your League, will be held accountable for the actions of your staff and members and must act in good faith to rectify any problems involving your League.

Solicitation of Members

At no time may you solicit members that are registered on other Leagues via email or in the lobbies of other Leagues, unless you have written permission from the Head Administrator of the other League.

Tournament Policies and Procedures

It is your responsibility to know, understand, and abide by the tournament guidelines set forth by MyLeague.com in the Head Tournament Director Guide and the Tournament Director Guide.

Manipulation of the MyLeague.com tournament system will be grounds for your League's tournament privileges being suspended.

Private Information

Do not share information available to you as an Admin with anyone not privy to the information. As an Admin on MyLeague.com, you have access to information that is not available to members, such as IP addresses. You agree to respect the privacy of your members and not share any information you obtain in the capacity of an Admin on MyLeague.com.

Account Security

Do not share your Admin password with other Admins or members of your League. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Admin password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Admin account. You may not use or tamper with anyone else's account at any time, including the accounts of your staff and members.

MyLeague.com will never ask you for your password.

Revenue Sharing

MyLeague.com offers a Revenue Sharing program for Head Administrators. The current Head Administrator of the League is the owner of the Revenue Sharing account. If Head Administrator status is transferred to another individual, then any balance remaining in the Revenue Sharing account becomes the property of the new Head Administrator.

The balance of the Revenue Sharing account is forfeited if the League is purged from our database

MyLeague.com reserves the right to change its Revenue Sharing policies at any time, and without prior notification.

Misrepresentation of a MyLeague.com or Case's Ladder Staff Member

Impersonating a MyLeague.com or Case's Ladder Staff member is prohibited. Falsely representing yourself as a MyLeague.com or Case's Ladder Staff member can result in termination of your League.

Inactivity

Leagues that are not active are periodically removed from our database.

Consequences of Violating the MyLeague.com Terms of Use Agreement

MyLeague.com reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to preserve the integrity of its Website and enforce this Terms of Use agreement. Violation of any of the terms and conditions set forth above may result in action by MyLeague.com, including, but not limited to:

Temporary or permanent loss of the tournament toolset needed in order to utilize the tournament features of MyLeague.com.
Immediate suspension of your MyLeague.
Immediate deletion of your MyLeague.
Forfeiture of any LadderBux you or any of your members have earned as a result of unlawful activity.
Permanent ban precluding you from participation in any and all Case's Ladders or MyLeagues, including the ability to create any future MyLeagues.

Any of the above actions shall in no way preclude MyLeague.com from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with your misconduct.

Fill in the Blank

Although we have tried to be as detailed as possible, we can't cover every aspect of managing a League in our policies. Please be advised that just because something is not explicitly stated in our Terms of Use or Guides, then that does not mean it is allowed. Use common sense. If it is something that will adversely affect others and you might think twice about it, then it's probably against the rules. Our Staff will have the final say in such matters.

Policy updates

MyLeague.com reserves the right to change its policies at any time, and without prior notification.
