Let me explain our rules.    If you are in the lounge and not in a game you may be challenged or asked for a game.  If you are ranked higher than the player asking then you must play them.  If you are ranked lower you may refuse.   You must answer either way.    If you just finished a game and you don't have time to play another you may state that. 

Ideally we would all play each other.   We have a small league and it is hard to keep it going if players won't play each other. I played 2 players in the last 24 hours that I have not played in a very long time.

Penalties can escalate with further violations.
