  As many of you are aware my best friend, best partner, Kristy passed away in February 2010. I originally wasn't going to say anything because she was my friend and I was selfish but I was wrong. Many of you remember her and I was denying you the opportunity to know what happened to her. She had a tumor in her brain and it finally caught up to her and took her life. Those of you that didn't know her, don't know what you missed. She was the open friendly person of our team. I first met Kristy in Vesuvius. We played there for years until it ended. We first went to Kings Quarters where we played for rating. Than Mat formed Spade Friends and invited us to join. She wanted us to provide a challenge for others. For many years, we were what Mat brought us here for. A top team to measure yourself against.I miss you so much, I can't put it in words.

  Kristy was a good sport always a gracious winner and always pleasant win or lose. I also go way back with Kristy often as a a Op and I am very sorry to hear of her passing. She will be missed. God bless it was a pleasure to know you.
