A player recently joined your league after being banned from another league that I play in for PROVEN cheating. This was not just a rumor, I even saw the player admit to his cheating act in a later conversation. Prior to this issue, the player was already causing problems. He abused partners on multiple occasions, even argued with staff that he was right to bully a partner that wasn't playing up to his expectation.When I saw he joined Spade_friends, I reached out to the staff and alerted them of his past. While I believe every player deserves a second chance, I felt best the staff was aware of his prior issues. This effort was met with appreciation and an assurance the player will be under watch.
10 days later, I see this player has been promoted to staff. What are you guys thinking? I certainly hope this decisions does not prove hazardous to your league, but I am not going to be a part of it when it does.
