      Hi Bob,
      Please go to the left hand side of Case's Main Page ad scroll down to Contact Us, and from there click Mail Us with you request.

      If you just request a V.R.R. you will be moved in Rank from #1 to #25.
      You may further request that you be dropped to a specific # for example, from 1 to bottom which would be approximately #1600.
