We have set up a place to chat at GCN. I have been using this site for years as an Op and it is very dependable.

I am going to walk everyone through the set up.

First, download the program at:

http://www.gcn.cx/

Hit download now.

Then hit Run.

Do you want to allow the progam to make changes: Yes

Set Up Wizard: Hit Next

Accept the agreement

Let it pick where the program is going by hitting next again.

Hit next and then Install

Launch GCN

Click the button that says Register

Pick a screen name that is the same as your player name. Farmerrich_2000 does not fit, 10 letters max, so I am farmerrich.

Choose your password and enter it twice

Push finish

To enter the chat room, look on the top and push Chat

Then click Enter Private Room

Enter the room name: caseypino

Push Ok

You can now treat this just like the lounge in Adv 10.

This should give us a chat area for the sites that don’t have their own.
