This is a general message to all the tournament directors. I was in vaults tour and won but only had 63 spins, it must be 65. Pharo inforced the rule and my opponent won, I applaud this. The problem is that last weekend I played in the vaults tournament and my opponent was allowed to beat me with only 63 spins. The TD said it was close enough and my opponent got the win so I assumed I was okay in this tour. If you are going to have rules shouldn't everyone have to follow them. It is really confusing to me that they are only enforced for some of the members.
