If your 8 Ball is hanging in your pocket then you don't have to
double bank the 8 or cue,only your opponent must double bank the cue.
2 vs 2 BEST OF THREE
Rated Table
Player 1 plays Player 1 on other team. Player 2 plays Player 2 on the other team.
If one team wins both games, they advance. If both teams win a game,
the winning players play a 3rd and deciding match. Winning team advances.
ANYTHING GOES
Rated Table
Played like Reg 8 with one exception. Anything Game Desire
allows is allowed in this tourney, which includes
snookers/safetiesand taking BIH(ball in hand).
ARABIAN POOL
Rated Table
Played as regular 8 ball. Except BEFORE match starts your
opponent will call the pocket that you have to make the 8 in.
This remains the designated pocket for you for the remainder of the game.
BANK 8 ONLY
Rated Table
Played the same as a regular game. Bank 8 only when on the 8 ball to win.
BANK THE 8 OR Q
Rated Table
Bank either the 8 ball into the pocket or the cue ball into the 8 (and into the pocket).
Failure to do so is a loss. Short banks do not count (must bank off an opposite rail).
BANK 8 IN LAST POCKET
Rated Table
Bank either the 8 ball or cue ball into the 8 ball in the last pocket your
color ball went into. You must type at the table your last pocket. Failure to do
so is a loss.Short banks do not count (must bank off an opposite rail).
BANK Q ONLY
Rated Table
Played the same as a regular game. Bank cue ball (white) only when on the 8 ball to win.
BANK ROBBERY
Rated Table
No bank shots are allowed at any time, including the cue ball being
banked into a ball, accidental banks do not count as banks,
but you have to tap and give BIH to opponent if this occurs.
However, if you make a regular shot and another ball
falls in after hitting a rail it is allowed.
BAR POOL
Rated Table
Played like Regular 8 Ball. If you scratch, your opponent may have ball in hand,
ONLY behind the line, and shoot up the table. Potting the 8 off the
break is an AUTO WIN. BIH is not allowed anywhere else.
BLACK & BLUE
(BNB)
Rated Table
Played like Regular 8 Ball. 8 ball must be sunk in the same pocket
as your blue ball. Please state the pocket when your blue is sunk
to avoid confusion. The blue ball may be sunk any time during the game.
BOTTOMLESS
Rated Table
Break does not count. You may only shoot the balls in the TOP POCKETS.
If you pot one in the Bottom Pockets, you must tap to your opponent.
BROKEN ARROW
Rated Table
Plays like Regular 8 until the sinking of the 8 ball.
The 8 Ball MUSTbe pocketed into the BOTTOM MIDDLE ONLY.
By Your Side (BYS)
Rated Table
Played as reg 8 until you get on the 8, Player sat on Top must pot the
8 in Top Right Pocket, Player sat on the Bottom must pot
the 8 in Bottom Right Pocket.
CALL YOUR 8 BEFORE BREAK

Game is played like regular 8 ball with one exception:
Players MUST pick pocket for the 8 BEFORE break.
DEFAULT 8
Rated Table
Regular 8 except the 8 ball must be pocketed into the Top middle pocket.
Flawless
Rated Table
Cancel the game if needed.
First person to give BIH to opponent loses.
The match is played like a regular 8 ball
game if a flaw does not occur. Breaks Do Not count.
4 CORNERS
Rated Table
You must pocket all balls into the 4 corner pockets. In other words,
you cannot use the two middle pockets! If you make one in the middle,
you must tap to your opponent and give them Ball in Hand.
If you make one in the middle while making one of
yours in the corner, then you can continue shooting.
4 CORNERS TWISTED
Rated Table
You must pocket all balls into the 4 corner pockets, the twist is that your
8 ball either needs to go in the Top Middle or Bottom Middle pockets.
4 POSTER BED
Rated Table
Regular 8 Ball EXCEPT you must make the 8 ball in a corner pocket.
If the 8 ball is lodged in side pocket, call TD to the table for possible re-rack
INVITER'S CHOICE
Practice/Rated/Unrated Table
Player in the top bracket on tournament standings gets to choose
the game format. TD must approve if it is not a common format.
L-SHAPE
Rated Table
Balls can only be made in Top Left, /Bottom Left / Bottom Middle /Bottom
Right pockets Only. If a ball goes into top middle or top right,
Gently Tap Cue(No BIH on tap). 8 Ball Must Be Potted In
Any Same Pockets (Top Left, /Bottom Left / Bottom
Middle /Bottom Right pockets Only).
LAST POCKET

Shoot the 8 ball into the pocket your last ball went into
(whether you shot it or not). You must type
at the table your last pocket.
MYSTERY POCKET

Played like Reg 8 with a twist - when you are on the 8,
you must ask the TD - in the lobby - what pocket the 8 must be potted in.
This will remain the same throughout the remainder of the match.
NO ENGLISH

Do not use English for any shots including the break.
If you use it by accident, you must tap to your opponent. If you use it on the 8 ball, you lose.
PICK YOUR POISON

Just like Regular 8 Ball EXCEPT, the player with
stripes must play B8Q, the player with solids plays Last Pocket.

REVENGE

Played as regular 8 ball game until shooting on 8 ball Opponent
calls where you are to sink 8 each shot. Opponent may

Played as regular 8 ball game until shooting on 8 ball Opponent
calls where you are to sink 8. Pocket stay the same thru the rest of the game.
SHADY POCKETS
Rated Table
Played like Regular 8 but with a Twist. You must Bank 8/Q into
Top Middle Or Bottom Middle Pockets Only. You can not
attempt the same pocket twice. You must alternate
between top and bottom pocket.
SILENCE
Rated Table
Played on protected rated tables. Played as a regular 8 game, but player
CAN NOT SPEAK AT ALL ON TABLE. Not even hello/gl/gg.
SUICIDES
Unrated Table
The FIRST player to pot the 8 ball wins. BALLS DO NEED TO BE
DETERMINED BEFORE POTTING THE 8 BALL.
If you SCRATCH when you sink the 8 it DOES NOT COUNT.
You should play this like a normal game to strategically
place the balls for a shot on the eight, to WIN the game.
No BIH at any time. Played as Best of 3(BO3).
TOPLESS
Rated Table
Break does not count. You may only pocket the balls in the BOTTOM POCKETS.
If you pot one in the Top Pockets, you must tap to your opponent.
TRIANGLE
Rated Table
Person on left plays top corners and center bottom pocket.
Person on right plays bottom corners and top center pocket.
All balls must go in designated pockets - even 8.
If a ball is pocketed in wrong pocket - tap over ball(No BIH on tap).
T-SHAPE
Rated Table
Played the same as regular 8 ball with the exception of balls
can only be potted in the top left, top middle, top right and
bottom middle pockets. If a ball is potted in the bottom
left or bottom right pockets, you must tap to opponent.
UNDER YOUR ASS
Rated Table
The twist to this tourney is you must sink the 8 ball in the
TOP LEFT corner if your avatar is on top and TOP RIGHT
if avatar is on bottom. Example: If you are on the top
you must sink the 8 in the top left pocket. Your opponent on
the bottom, must sink the 8 ball in top right pocket.
Any other pocket and YOU LOSE!
