If you see someone acting in an abusive manner (excessive swearing, racial slurs, sexual abuse, etc.) you can send in an Abuse Report to let us know about it. In order to give us the best chance of being able to take action, please report it as soon as you see it. Here's how to do that: Click the abusive player's screenname in the 'Who's Here' list Choose the 'Report Abuse' option from the menu. The Report Abuse screen will pop up. Click the 'Add Players' button, and select all the offending players from the list. Please put a checkbox next to the type of abuse they're committing. This will help us respond quickly. Enter a short description of the problem in the space provided. Click the 'Send Report' button Your abuse report includes the description and information you gave us, plus the most recent 40 lines of chat text. We have a whole team of people called PALs that read the Abuse Reports and ban users who commit violations of our Terms of Service (TOS). These people work extremely hard to help make sure Pogo continues to be a safe, fun and enjoyable place to play. When you report abuse in Pogo, you do so anonymously and only Pogo employees will know that you have made the report.
