In Bongwater, we do not play favorites here; if you JOIN 2 tournaments or more, be prepared to play the tournaments you have joined!
① "Racing" here is NOT allowed! You may play up to 10 games at a time. But they MUST be reported after each game.
② MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED ONLY ONE ACCOUNT. If you experience problems registering in our league, please notify an ADMIN.
③ NAME CHANGES: We are asking that name changes be kept to no more than 2 per month.
④ New IDs must have 250 games played or a premium account to be able to type in chat.
⑤ Inviting/playing a tournament match before pairings are posted is not allowed.
⑥ Tourney wins/losses are to be reported immediately in the lobby after each match.
⑦ Disrespecting any staff member is NOT permitted. Neither is arguing with or harassing another member.
⑧ FIRST name invites. IF that player does not invite within 15-20 seconds, the 2nd player in pairings shall invite and immediately ask for a timer in the lobby.
⑨ All members MUST say "GL" at the start of a game and "GG" at the end. Please DO NOT say "GG" before the 8-ball is potted.
⑩ Timers for all rounds, including finals, are 5 minutes. Timers are NOT allowed for EARLY rounds!!
⑪ This is a No Ball in Hand (NBIH) league. BIH is ONLY allowed in the Anything Goes tourney.
⑫ CANCELLING GAMES: When a game requires a "Cancel" when a loss occurs, the loser of the match MUST X out of the game first.
⑬ HANGER RULE - When a "hanging" 8 ball occurs in a game (NOT including Reg 8, AG, or Bank 8), the player who hangs the 8 in the pocket continues to play the current game. IF that is their pocket (like an LP, BYS, etc.), BUT their opponent must Double Bank 8 / Cue. However, if the 8 hangs BEFORE anyone is on the 8, both members must play double bank 8/cue.
⑭ SNOOKERING IS NOT ALLOWED in this league! Playing a snooker/safety shot is against the rules and can get you disqualified from the tourney. A legal shot must be attempted.
⑮ CHEATING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! If you suspect cheating, please notify an ADMIN.
⑯ Reracks are OPTIONAL if 5 or fewer balls are potted; if 6 or more balls are sunk, then NO RERACK. If there are no designated balls assigned, then it is an AUTO rerack.
⑰ Upon Punishable Offenses, the general rule for Boxing will be the following: 1st Offense: 3 days, 2nd Offense: 7 days, and 3rd Offense: REMOVAL from the league!
