It is with mixed emotions that we share the news that our long-time Op Manager, Elaine (EMB), has officially resigned from her role with Case's Ladder.

Elaine has dedicated many years of service to this community, and her presence, guidance, and support have meant a great deal to all of us. She will be truly missed.

We wish Elaine all the very best in the days ahead and thank her sincerely for everything she has given to this organization.

Please be aware that if you need assistance going forward, do not hesitate to reach out to us at Case's Ladder Support using the CONTACT US link located on the left-hand navigation menu under the Support heading.

Thank you, Elaine — for the memories, the dedication, and the heart you brought to this community.
