    Game Specific Rules
    SE 1 v 1 Format

SE tours are Single Elimination tours. When you lose 1 time you are out of the tour.
1st player/team named sets table and side and must sit first.
Please announce in chat what table number you have chosen so your opponent can find you.
You have 4 minutes to sit and start your match if you are showing in the lobby
after pairings have been given, 8 minutes if you are not in the lobby or returning from
a boot, MIA or freeze, 3 boots and you will DQ d from the tour.
    All restarts are to 121.
Winner only need report in chat ***winner/loser****, however to catch any possible error
both players may report. The TD will handle all reporting.
No subs are allowed in a 1v1 tour.
Finalist may register for next tour, but will be on timer.
    DE 1 v 1 Format
DE tours are Double Elimination tours. When you lose TWICE
you are out of the tour. Both upper and lower portion of
the tour are played to 121 points.
For the Final, the top winner will need 1 win, the lower winner
will need 2 wins to complete the tour.
Please allow TD to give pairings before announcing your table choice.
1st player/team named sets table and side and must sit first.
Please announce in chat what table number you have chosen so your opponent can find you.
You have 4 minutes to sit and start your match if you are showing in the lobby after
pairings have been given, 8 minutes if you are not in the lobby or returning
from a boot, MIA or freeze, 3 boots and you will DQ d from the tour.
    All restarts are to 121.
Winner only need report in chat ***winner/loser****, however to catch any possible error
both players may report. The TD will handle all reporting.
No subs are allowed in a 1v1 tour.
Finalist may register for next tour, but will be on timer.

    2 v 2 Team Tourney
As the name implies, this tour will have 2 players per team. It may be an SE, DE
or Swiss Format tour. Most common in Paradise is the DE format.
Each player plays 1 player of the opposing team. You then meet back at your
assigned Team Table to report your and your opponents scores to determine
which team won. In the event that scores are tied, then the two winners
from each team will play a deciding game to 61.
If you should play a team for a second time, it is recommended
that you NOT play the same opponent.
Please allow TD to give pairings before announcing your table choice.
1st team named sets table and side and must sit first.
When choosing your tables, please choose tables adjacent to each other.
Announce in chat what table numbers you have chosen so your opponents can find you.
You have up to 4 minutes to sit and start your match if you are showing in the lobby
when pairings have been given or up to 8 minutes if you are not in the lobby or
    returning from a boot.
A sub will be used if one team member is unable to finish a match or tour. A sub can
be called for at any time within the 4 or 8 minutes of the pairings being posted.
The Team Captain should notify the TD that a sub is needed as soon as possible.
Once a sub starts a game, he/she will be responsible for completing that game regardless
if the original player returns. The original player may resume play in the next round.
It is the TD's responsibility to assign the sub from all those volunteering, the 1st person
    who volunteers will be chosen.
The sub will not receive any personal credit or bux for his/her participation.
If no sub is available in the allotted time the team takes a loss in that game.
If one team member is MIA and a sub is available the game is played and scores
are used in the normal way.
If one team member is MIA and no sub is available that team takes a loss in that game,
and if the partner of the missing player wins, the match is tied at 1 -1, and there will
then be a play off to 61 between the two winners
TD's are NOT allowed to sub.
Both players need to state and agree the scores at the table before the table is
closed, and if there is any disagreement, the TD should be called to the table
to confirm what he/she sees. In the event the TD cannot see the final scores, a
rematch must take place between the two players concerned.
    All restarts/rematches are to 121.
Finalist may register for next tour, but will be on timer.

    2 v 2 Tag Team Tourney

As the name implies, this tour will have 2 players per team.
It may be an SE, DE or Swiss Format tour. Most common in
    Paradise is the DE format.

Please allow TD to give pairings before announcing
    your table choice.

1st team named sets table and side and must sit first.

Announce in chat what table number you have chosen
so your opponents can find you.

One player from each team sits at the designated table, and the other
two team members watch. At the end of the first hand, the player
with lowest scoring hand leaves the table. The partner of this player also
leaves the table, but returns sit and play, whilst the first player
returns and watches. Cribs and pegging are not
counted in this respect, unless the hand scores are
tied, in which case the player with the crib remains at the table.
This process continues until the game is finished. Final scores
are not required as the match is only one game.

The Team Captain should then report in chat ***winner /loser****,
however to catch any possible error both Captains may report.
The TD will handle all reporting.

A team leaving a game by mistake will be allowed the one error, an
d will be DQ'd from that round
    only on the second occasion.

When both teams leave the table and the game does not resume, the team with the
higher score gets the win, provided their score is at least 100, and
they are at least 10 points ahead. If this is not the case then a
restart takes place, played to 61.

You have up to 4 minutes to sit and start your match if you are
showing in the lobby when pairings have been given or up to 8
minutes if you are not in the lobby or returning from a boot.

Play should not be started until all 4 players are at the designated table.

  •

Subs will not now be used, and if one member of a team is booted, the other team
member can continue to play on his own, meaning that if he/she has the lower
hand he/she does not leave the table. If and when the booted player returns,
he/she rejoins the table, and normal play resumes.

Finalist may register for next tour, but will be on timer.

    3 v 3 Team Tourney

As the name implies, this tour will have 3 players per team.
It may be an SE, DE or Swiss Format tour. Most common in
    Paradise is the DE format.

Each player plays 1 player of the opposing team. You then meet
back at your assigned Team Table to determine which team has
at least 2 wins, and therefore wins the match,

If you should play a team for a second time, it is recommended that
you NOT play the same opponent.

Please allow TD to give pairings before announcing your table choice.

1st team named sets table and side and must sit first.

When choosing your tables, please choose tables adjacent to
each other. Announce in chat what table numbers you have
chosen so your opponents can find you.

You have up to 4 minutes to sit and start your match if you are
showing in the lobby when pairings have been given or up to
8 minutes if you are not in the lobby or returning from a boot.

A sub will be used if one team member is unable to finish a match or tour.
A sub can be called for at any time within the 4 or 8
minutes of the pairings being posted.

The Team Captain should notify the TD that a sub is
    needed as soon as possible.

Once a sub starts a game, he/she will be responsible for
completing that game regardless if the original player returns.
The original player may resume play in the next round.

It is the TD's responsibility to assign the sub from all those
volunteering, the 1st person who volunteers will be chosen.

The sub will not receive any personal credit or bux for his/her participation.

If no sub is available in the allotted time the team takes a loss in that game.

TD's are NOT allowed to sub.

    All restarts are to 121.

Winner only need report in chat ***winner /loser****, however
to catch any possible error both players may report. The TD will handle all reporting.

Finalist may register for next tour, but will be on timer.

    Regular Swiss Format

A Regular Swiss tour can be 2 - 7 rounds depending on the
number of players. All players play every round
regardless if they win or lose until there is 1 player
with NO LOSSES. You stay for ALL Rounds in a
SWISS TOUR. Bux are paid out for every win in a swiss tour.

Please allow TD to give pairings before announcing your table choice.
