      Apple Pumpkin Cider submitted by 01yelowboss

      64 oz. 100Apple Juice in a bottle or jug thats been chilled. (must have a resealable lid or cap)
      1 15oz can of Pumpkin Puree
      1/2 cup sugar
      2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
      2 teaspoons of vanilla
      Wisk together in a LARGE Bowl the Puree, sugar, spice, and vanilla. Slowly add 1/3 of the Apple Juice mixing well. Pour about 16 oz. of juice into a cup. Pour the wisked mixture back into the bottle or jug of remaining juice. Shake bottle or jug well to mix together. Chill for at least 30 mins. before serving. As for the glass of apple juice, make ice cubes with it and use in your cider drink. Best served very cold.

      For an adult Beverage, pour 1 oz. of FIREBALL Whiskey in your glass. ENJOY!!!

        One round of Brie Cheese
        One jar of seedless raspberry or strawberry jam
        One sheet of frozen pastry dough or fresh made pie crust rolled out as thin as possible without breaking.
        One small pkg. of Slivered almonds.
        rim off as much of the skin of the Brie cheese as you want. Set cheese in middle of rolled out dough, making sure you have enough dough to completely cover the cheese.
        Spread the jam all over the top and sides of the cheese then fold up the dough over the cheese. Seal with egg wash/water paste. Sprinkle top with slivered almonds and bake at 425 for 15 20 mins. on lightly greased cookie sheet. Enjoy with crackers or toast.

          Salt, pepper and lightly oil with Olive Oil Chicken wings and drumettes. Grill or bake until done. Toss in Bourbon sauce as follows:
          1/4 Cup each of Bourbon and Maple Syrup.
          1 Tablespoon of Cider Vinegar
          1 Tablespoon of melt butter. Combine well and toss hot cooked wings in sauce. ENJOY.
          Makes enough sauce to cover approx. 10-15 chicken pieces, depending on size.

            12 oz. White Chocolate Chips
            1 7 oz. jar Marshmallow crème
            1 3/4 C. Sugar
            1 stick (1/2C)unsalted Butter
            2 t. vanilla extract
            1/2 t. nutmeg
            Line 9 x 9 square baking dish with foil then grease with butter or non-stick spray.

            Combine butter, sugar, eggnog in a Large saucepan over Med. High heat. Bring to boil.

            Stirring frequently, bring mixture to 234 degrees. Remove from heat and stir in white choc. chips until melted.

            Working quickly, stir in marshmallow crème, vanilla and nutmeg until fully incorporated.
            Transfer to greased dish.
            Smooth out top of fudge, sprinkle additional nutmeg on top if desired. Let cool and the cut into squares. ENJOY!!

              2 T. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
              1/4 C. mayo
              2 limes, zested and juiced (need 3 T.of juice)
              1/2 C Spicy ranch dressing
              2 C coleslaw or 1 sm. pre bagged pkg.
              1 LB. med. shrimp, peeled and deveined
              1-2 C. fish fry breading or Cornmeal
              1 Hass Avocado, thinly sliced
              6-8 Soft Flour taco size tortillas
              Chop cilantro and combine with mayo, lime zest, and juice. Mix well then toss in and coat coleslaw.

              Dredge shrimp in the spicy ranch dressing then coat shrimp in fish fry breading or cornmeal.
              Fry shrimp in 365 degree oil for 4-6 mins. until brown. Drain on paper towel.

              Warm tortillas 25-30 seconds in microwave. Make tacos starting with coleslaw, shrimp, then
              2-3 slices of avocado. ENJOY!!
